The course is delivered as virtual workshop and provides a mix of theory and interactive learning activities - level 2 practised.

The SRO Essentials programme, specifically tailored for healthcare leaders, aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Senior Responsible Owner role within the healthcare (1)

  • Summary: Review, Assessment and Next Steps Action Planning  

Outcomes:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the Senior Responsible Owner's (SRO) role & challenges, along with practical skills to drive successful project outcomes, enhance patient care, and align healthcare initiatives with organisational & system goals
