The course will be delivered as a workshop in person for one full day. The course will provide a mix of theory and interactive learning activities.

Outcomes

•Have awareness of Change Management and how it can help organisations and individuals prepare for the change work ahead
•Compare 4 business change theories/models and define their approach to change
•Use the Change Management toolkit to help the change work ahead
•Introduce how you can support change through your role as an agent of change
•Have an idea of the next steps for your organisational change

•Have awareness of common behaviours exhibited as reactions to change and how these might become barriers to change
•Knowledge of some strategies for overcoming some common barriers to change
•Be able to use practical tools and techniques to deal with resistance
•Increased awareness of your stakeholder’s needs and preferences
•Understand the importance of Change Networks

    Change is coming; it happens as part of any programme or project and many people fear change. This workshop introduces ideas that can help you make change more positive for those impacted.
  • What will the workshop entail?
    This workshop introduces different models of change and how they can positively affect the outcome, helping you turn theory into practice that can be used to consider the next steps for your organisational change.
  • How will the workshop be held?
    A 3.5 hour face to face session using a mixture of theory and interactive learning activities.
  • Who is this workshop aimed at?
    Anyone embarking on a change journey and those with an interest in change management.

Change is coming or change may already be happening;
How will it affect me? What will my role be? How can I help?

To help you level up so you can help your colleagues.

  • Why are we holding this workshop?
    Everyone has a role to play as an Agent of Change but we’re often not aware of how we can support our colleagues through change. This workshop will expand on the ‘What is Change Management?’ workshop to build confidence and enhance skills 
  • What will the workshop entail?
    This workshop introduces tools and techniques that will help you develop your skills in Managing Resistance, Stakeholder Management and developing an action plan for the next steps in your organisational change.
  • How will the workshop be held?
    A 3.5 hour face to face session using a mixture of theory and interactive learning activities.
  • Who is this workshop aimed at?
    Anyone embarking on a change journey and those with an interest in change management.
