Neuroscience for Change
The course would be ideal for leaders that don’t have any pre-learning in either Neuroscience and Organisational Change Management or could do with an up-to-date refresh in the context of the current transition to support staff through the changes or to plan change activities that are people-centred.
Apprenticeship Programmes
Six apprenticeship programmes have been launched to develop project management capability in the NHS.
This exciting new learning and development initiative, designed for employers, will appeal to a wide and diverse audience within the NHS, and is fully supported by the APM (Association for Project Management)
Project & Change Academy
This suite of specially designed and selected modules aims to provide all NHS staff with a clear and consistent understanding of the fundamentals of project and change management activities, to enable them to have a greater impact on delivering successful change.
